Built in 1963, our facility is undergoing daily changes for a warm, family atmosphere to all who reside here and visit. Under new ownership, and management, we have state-of-the-art equipment and innovative services for short-term rehabilitation. Eastside is a home for residents in need of a loving environment. Providing assistance with activities of daily living, wonderfully prepared meals, life enrichment socialization, and so much more.
